In The Lizzie McGuire Movie, Lizzie kisses Gordo after she realizes what a big mistake she has made. In the Season 2 episode "Dear Lizzie" it is revealed that Gordo has a crush on Lizzie.
Miranda is also one of Gordo's best friends. They've known each other for a long time. Gordo likes to tease Miranda, like when Matt has a crush on her. Although many people ship Lizzie/Gordo, a few ship Miranda/Gordo.
Brooke was Gordo's first girlfriend and was introduced in the episode "Gordo and the Girl". Lizzie is shocked when she sees the two kissing at the Digital Bean, a place where Miranda, Lizzie, and Gordo, always hang out. It is possible that Brooke was his first kiss.
Gordo spends more time with his new girlfriend than his friends. Gordo breaks up with Brooke at the end of the episode because he didn't like all the responsibility included in being a boyfriend.
